Thousand Candles Gathering Field Pinot Noir Shiraz 2021

Similar flavour profile to the “Nouveau” of the same vintage, but with a little more punch. 55% Pinot Noir.
“Good wine. Interest and drinkability, nailed. A core of sweet red/black cherry comes draped in twiggy spice, garden herbs and mint. No sign of oak, in flavour terms, though there’s a touch of velvet to the texture. This looks good from all angles”.
