A textural and savoury style, this wine is not meant to be the standard style that many associate with the variety.
Handpicked with 50% of the wine being fermented on skins for 21 days. Flavours of tropical fruits, pink grapefruit and some spicy pear notes. Bright and fresh acidity with subtle chalky tannins.
A great accompaniment to bbq snapper or Asian cuisine.
